Deaerator
45,000 PPH Spray Master Deaerator
The deaerator heater is a fully horizontal unit, Cleaver Brooks Model SM 45, sized 5'-0" diameter x 11'-9" straight side, complete with 900 US gallons of integral storage to the overflow and maximum outlet capacity of 45,000 lb/hr.
The deaerator is designed and constructed in accordance with Section VIII Div. 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, with a design pressure of 50 psig.
The vessel is in excellent condition and is complete with a 7' high steel frame tank stand, all instrumentation, controls, and valving for operation. A general list of these items is as follows:
