Deaerator
80,000 PPH Spray Scrubber Deaerator
The deaerator heater is a fully horizontal unit, an Ecodyne Model SC 64, sized 6'0" diameter x 12'-6" straight side, complete with 1,667 US gallons of integral storage to the overflow and maximum outlet capacity of 80,000 lb/hr.
The deaerator is designed and constructed in accordance with Section VIII Div. 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, with a design pressure of 30 psig.
The unit was purchased new an installed in a facility in July 2001 and operated for approximately seven (7) months until the facility was closed due to corporate restructuring. The vessel is in excellent condition and is complete with insulation and all instrumentation, controls, and valving for operation. A general list of these items is as follows:
